Main Library exit survey
In March 2012, Informations Services conducted a survey of people leaving the Main Library to find out more about who uses the Main Library and what they use it for. Read the report of the survey's findings.
LibQUAL+® Survey
Every two years, we use the LibQUAL+® Survey to measure users' perceptions of the library service. Results from the 2011 survey and the Library's response are available in full.
