In response to user feedback, a number of enhancements have been applied to the Projects Website.
The options appraisal and strategy for migrating applications from the Solaris infrastructure document has now been completed. The report includes the following recommendations:
A new feed has been developed for Finance to allow them to view a full history of students' programmes of study via Business Objects.
The Phase 2 Security and Tax Year End Patches have been successfully deployed for the HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance 13/14 project.
Phase 2 of this project will build on the functionality already delivered in Phase 1. Key developments will be the facility for overseas students to upload passport and visa documents as part of the registration process and screens for staff to validate uploaded documentation.
