Online services over the holiday period

Online services will be running during the holiday period.

We expect all of our online services will be running throughout the period of University closure - 22nd December to 2nd January.

Although IS staff will not be working during this time, we will be monitoring our high priority services.

Status of online services

To check the status of our priority services at any time, go to the IS status and alerts page:

If there is a service failure that we cannot fix immediately:

You will be re-directed to a web page that will give you the most up-to-date information about the problem.
This will include when we expect to be able to restore the service.
If we are unable to resolve the problem it will be dealt with on the reopening of the University on 3rd January 2013.

This service is being provided through the good will of staff in various IS divisions and teams
