Library responds to your LibQUAL survey feedback
The Library has outlined a number of actions in response to your LibQUAL survey feedback.
In November 2011 a random selection of library users were invited to take part in the LibQUAL+® survey. The Library conducts this survey every two years to help identify what we’re doing well and what we need to improve on.
The report was published early in 2012 and a summary of findings was presented to the Library Committee.
Having discussed and analysed your feedback and comments (which we received in record numbers), the Library has responded, outlining the actions it has taken, and plans to take, to address your concerns.
