AIAI Research Fellow Receives Distinguished Service Award

Gerhard Wickler of the Artificial Intelligence Applications Institute (AIAI), part of CISA at the School of Informatics, has received a Distinguished Service Award.

The award was presented to Gerhard by the International Community on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM) at a ceremony in Lisbon.

Gerhard has been very active in ISCRAM having organised a track on AI for Crisis Response at ISCRAM events, and an international group on this topic which regularly meets in a virtual world meeting space.
