Information and guidance can be found here on the application process for UK school leavers considering undergraduate study at Edinburgh.

We welcome applications from talented students who are keen to develop their academic potential whatever their personal, social and education background.
Applications by UK school leavers are made through Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS) and can be made up to a year in advance.
For UK and EU students the closing date is 15 January.
There is a minimum academic requirement set for most degree programmes in the College, and you must also meet the general entry requirements, which cover the required levels of English, Mathematics or Science, and a language other than English.
We will also take into account your personal statement and reference, and consider your previous and predicted academic achievements in the context of wider factors when making selection decisions.
Full information on all aspects of admissions for UK school leavers can be found in the PDF below.
