The University has procedures to investigate suspected cases of student plagiarism or cheating, with both College and School staff taking part in the processes.
The College Academic Misconduct Officer is responsible for investigating suspected cases of plagiarism and determining whether the offence is serious enough to proceed to a disciplinary hearing.
School Academic Misconduct Officers are the first point of contact for the School on any academic misconduct matters and report on all cases of academic misconduct handled.
Each College has an Academic Misconduct Panel, of the College and School Academic Misconduct Officers.
