Overview

Students can make different types of requests and arrangements through their Personal Tutors.

Detailed guidance is available on the range of undergraduate direction of studies procedures.

Any special circumstances which have affected a student's performance in any assessments should be registered.

A student who will be absent for more than three weeks must arrange an authorised interruption to studies.

Students seeking to adjust their programme of study (to substitute courses) must make a concession request.

Students who wish to transfer into a different degree programme must submit an application form.

Set procedures exist to consider student requests to suspend honours study or to repeat honours courses.

Responsibility for some decisions regarding degree transfers and concessions lies with key contacts within the Schools.
