Guidance on timescales for School and College annual quality reporting.
Annual School Quality Assurance and Enhancement Reports should be sent to the College Office by Friday 25 January 2013 though it would be helpful if Schools could submit their reports ahead of this deadline.
|Oct / Nov 2012||Associate Dean (QA) and Academic Affairs Officer (QA) to meet, where possible, QA Directors to review previous year's report and consider on-going developments.|
|Autumn / Winter 2012/13||Schools produce their quality reports.|
|Friday 25 January 2013||Deadline for Schools and OLL to present their annual quality reports (in electronic format) to the College Office - though it would be helpful if Schools could submit reports ahead of this deadline.|
|Early February 2013||Group members will read the reports. Lead reviewers will closely review the report they are responsible for.|
|Weeks commencing 11 and 18 February 2013||The College Quality Assurance Committee will consider these reports at sub-group meetings.|
|13 March 2013||The College Quality Assurance Committee will consider these reports and agree its annual College QAE report to Senatus Quality Assurance Committee (SQAC).|
|14 April 2013||SQAC will discuss the College QAE report.|
|15 May 2013||Convener will report to the College Quality Assurance Committee on SQAC's comments on the College report.|
