A wide range of practice is undertaken by Schools across the College of Humanities and Social Science to foster student employability.
CHSS case studies
The Employability Initiative website details a number of case studies which illustrate something of the variety of approaches used to enhance student employability in ways that are relevant to the subject settings.
Many more examples exist, both internally and externally - much of it unbranded yet integral to ‘simply how things are done’. Some of those from the Colleges of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine and of Science and Engineering are also available on the Employability Initiative website. Each link on the website will give you more details of a particular initiative and named contacts.
