Return of the Soldier: The Scots in America during World War I
Return of the Soldier: Public Lectures and Workshop in New York Public Library
Yvonne McEwen, School of History, Classics and Archaeology, is leading a conference in the New York Public Library on Tuesday 10th April 2012.
The public lectures focus on the hundreds of Scottish men who had emigrated to the USA who then returned to fight at the outbreak of the First World War.
A workshop follows the public lectures.
