Checklists and forms to assist Schools / Units in complying with the University Health and Safety Policy
The self inspection checklists are designed to assist units to carry out local health and safety monitoring (self-inspection) exercises, as required by the central University Health and Safety Policy.
Format of the forms are indicated in brackets - where no indication exists, the format is PDF.
The forms provide templates for units to maintain and record information on training as required by the Health and Safety Department on an annual basis.
The rules / plans are provided to assist units in the preparation of health and safety policy statements (low risk areas) and in the preparation of health and safety plans.
