The School of GeoSciences is committed to providing all students with a high quality learning experience. The student representation system (EUSA and Class reps) and the Staff Student Liaison Committee are opportunities to provide feedback to staff on your experience of courses and your degree programme. However, at any time you would like to provide feedback on your experience or need clarification on processes, please do get in touch, and as Manager of the Teaching Organisation I will address your concern or question raised.
We value your opinion to ensure we are offering valuable teaching experience.
Near or at the end of each course you will ask be asked to complete a Student Evaluation form via WebCT or in paper form at a lecture. This data (quantitative and qualitative) is summarised and reviewed by the School Teaching Committee as part of our annual Quality Assurance procedures.
You can also raise issues with Student Representatives in your area. Student Representatives attend the Staff Student Liaison Committees for the relevant degree area and should feedback outcomes to all students. Please contact the Undergraduate Programme Secretary for Student Representative details.
