The Trades Maintenance Unit carries out repairs and maintenance to buildings throughout the University.
Multi-disciplinary teams are based in four locations:
All fault reporting and requests for repairs and maintenance should be made through EBIS, the on-line fault reporting system.

Each Trades Team is led by a Maintenance Manager and managed by a Team Leader, supported by Assistant Team Leaders.
Any enquiries should be directed to the Trades Team Leader in the first instance.
