Current building rates and space management policy.

Building rates

Space allocations and transfers are costed on an annual basis using the principles outlined in the New Planning and Resources Allocation System (NPRAS). Costings for NPRAS are agreed annually by the University‘s Space Management Group. These costings are published by Governance and Strategic Planning under planning and budgeting.

NPRAS is partly formulaic (incentivising fee income generation and space reduction) and partly strategically-driven, and is an output from the university's planning round. The methodology and principles for the reporting of NPRAS are detailed in the below document link.
