Check your switches and blinds
Many offices have adjustable blinds and multiple switches. Experiment with different combinations to find an option that works for you and colleagues.
If this does not improve your situation then further investigation will have to be carried out.
Contact your local Energy Co-ordinator
Your energy co-ordinator will have the best idea about who in your building is responsible for lighting, and may have already encountered similar issues amongst your colleagues.
