How to dispose of unwanted glue.
Glues are considered as a hazardous waste and MUST NEVER be discharged to the environment or poured down any sort of drain.
This also applies to varnishes, paints, bituminous based substances, cleaning materials and other substances used in the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and roofs.
Disposal of glue
Glues, or any of the above substances, should be consigned of as special waste and disposed of via an authorised special waste contractor.
