Fault reporting
All faults in University buildings should be logged through EBIS by your local fault reporting representative. This includes problems with plumbing, electricals, joinery, furniture, cleaning, portering or landscaping.
Fault reporting
All faults reported in University buildings, eg plumbing, electrical, joinery, furniture, cleaning, portering or landscaping, should be logged through EBIS Online by your local Fault Reporting Representative.
Emergencies
If the job is an emergency or urgent please telephone the appropriate area.
Emergency and urgent jobs must be followed up with an EBIS fault report once reported by telephone.

If the request is outwith normal working hours and is an emergency or urgent please phone Security so that a tradesman can be contacted.

Becoming a fault reporting representative
If you already have a login and password for Room Bookings or Drawings on the Web, please email ebisusers to request access to the Fault Reporting system.
New users should submit an application via their Head of Section.
