Information for students about the ELTC application process.
Prior to application
Prior to applying for one of our English Language courses, we would recommend that you read the Application Process notes and our Terms and conditions.
Application process notes
- When we receive your application form and pre-payment, we will acknowledge it by email.
- We will then check your application's suitability for your chosen course(s) and the availability of a place.
- We will check availability of accommodation.
- If we have a suitable place on the course and in accommodation, we will send you a confirmation by email.
- If we do not have a suitable place, we will notify you and make arrangements to return the pre-payment received.
To apply for a course
Please download and complete the registration form.
If you complete the Word version, please remember to save this to your computer, using your full name as the file name, so that you can attach this to an email if required.
If you require accommodation while studying at ELTC, please complete the relevant section of the application form.
Please send the completed form by email, facsimile, or post.
To make payment for a course
A pre-payment of GBP 300 is required for each course booked. A pre-payment of GBP 200 is required for accommodation booked through ELTC per course/term. Please refer to the payment options at How to pay:
For accommodation booked through Accommodation Services, the accommodation pre-payment is not required. Full payment will be requested at the point of acceptance.
