ePay
ePay is the University of Edinburgh's Online Store, open to the general public as well as staff, students and alumni of the University.
Through ePay you can make payment for University products and services, and book places on conferences and events organised by University schools and departments.
This system should be used for all events, seminars and CPD courses where a fee is payable for attendance.. If some attendees pay and some dont this can also be used. It can be set up for flexible payment options as well as a set payment option.
Eventbrite
Eventbrite gives you all the online tools you need to bring people together for an event and sell tickets.
This system is free and allows you to gather data and if necessary provide tickets for your free events. It can be customised with logos and banners to keep your branding and identity.
Marketing leaflet
This leaflet was developed with colleagues in marketing and can be adapted for any event, seminar series and CPD course. If you would like to use the leaflet please get in touch and we can advise on editing. The attached example is for the Froebel Course.
