This programme enhances the career prospects of professionally qualified teachers aspiring to headship. Indeed, many participants progress into further promoted posts before completion of the programme.
The programme is also of interest to staff in promoted school posts looking to enhance their leadership and management practice and through doing so, increasing their professional effectiveness.
