This programme in developing leadership and learning seeks to support teachers wishing to build their confidence and practice as leaders by learning and working with others. This new programme of development is intended for teachers who aspire to or are in the early stages of developing their leadership role or to experienced teachers seeking to enhance their skills in working collaboratively.
A keynote of this programme is to provide a structured and supported approach to experiential learning. This programme will enable you to reflect on your experiences and plan ways of enhancing your understanding, skills and confidence as a leader. Learning based around real experiences, based within the context of the school leads to the development of practical strategies and tools to enhance practice and contribute to the quality of pupil experience.
