Our Information Services (IS) Helpline provides an excellent service to students and staff with computer problems.
The IS Helpline is there to answer your queries relating to the computer systems. Email is the preferred method for contact. All emails are entered into the University Call Management System (CMS). You will receive a reply with a CMS call number.
The Main Library (at George Square) runs Mobile Device Clinics during the week to help you with issues with laptops, tablets, phones or other mobile devices.
