Our Information Services (IS) Helpline provides an excellent service to students and staff with computer problems.

The IS Helpline is there to answer your queries relating to the computer systems. Email is the preferred method for contact. All emails are entered into the University Call Management System (CMS). You will receive a reply with a CMS call number.
Laptop clinics are held at Moray House on Tuesday afternoons (2pm - 4pm) from September to May in Thomson's Land, Room 1.8.

Each clinic will hold up to eight users per week. They will be run by two members of the IS Computer Helpline team.
