Please note the details of our booking terms and conditions.
Booking terms and conditions
Booking terms and conditions for all our professional development events are as follows:
- The Moray House School of Education change dates and tutors if required.
- Confirmation of booking and further event details will be sent out in advance of event date.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date will be subject to the full course fee.
- All notification of cancellations should be made in writing to the Research and Knowledge Exchange Office and will apply from the date received.
- If cancellation notice is not provided in writing and you do not attend the event to which you booked then the full fee will apply.
The Moray House School of Education appreciates that it may be difficult for some teachers to travel to Edinburgh in time for an afternoon course. We would, however, be happy to run versions of these courses in your area if there is sufficent demand from your school or local authority. Liability
The University of Edinburgh will not be liable for any failure to fulfil a conference where failure is caused by supervening circumstances including weather, fire, flood, earthquake, travel, transport delays, war, riots, acts of terrorism or events which without fault of either party, render fulfilment impossible.
