Overview

You can choose to study economics alone (called single honours) or combine it with another subject and gain a joint honours degree.

During your first and second year, you will have between six and nine lectures and three tutorials every week.

You will cover a comprehensive range of subjects that will equip you for both further study and professional life as an economist.

A joint honours degree can be a great way to expand upon the skills that you will develop in your Economics degree programme.

This course expands upon the work covered in Economics 1A and Economics 2, providing insight into some recent areas of economic research activity.

You could spend your third year studying abroad, with wide variety of destinations in Europe, America and Australia.
