The University of Edinburgh Nursery offers unrivalled facilities and care for young children and is open to ALL those living or working in the Edinburgh area.
Activities
Playtime activities include painting, baking, educational toys, stories and music. Outside, the swings, sandpit and growing plants encourage participation, play and learning.
Facilities
Our playrooms have a range of equipment which encourage discovery and learning through play. The huge garden becomes an additional outside playroom.
Groups
Our children play and learn together in mixed groups of similar age, which helps to encourage socialisation.
Learning through play
We aim to provide varied experiences to build skills and understanding, using play as a learning tool.
