The provisional date for the 2012 Travel & Volunteering Fair is 24 October. Full details will be made available here nearer the time. Meanwhile, details of last year's event are still available for reference.
The Careers Service is joining forces with EUSA Volunteering to run an expanded version of the Travel and Volunteering Fair this year. It means there will be two parts to the event with a focus on community volunteering in Potterrow and a focus on national & international volunteering, travel & TEFL in Teviot.
Overall, the event will bring together an even wider range of organisations who can offer gap year opportunities, working holidays, shorter project and voluntary positions, both here in Edinburgh and overseas. The fair will be useful for all students looking to build up their extra-curricular experience through volunteering and/or travelling.
