Working with employers
Many employers are keen to raise their profile within the institution. This can result in interest in offering guest lectures within courses, sponsoring students, providing placements and offering student prizes.
Recruitment activities at Edinburgh provide an indication of some of the larger recruiters who are actively targeting Edinburgh through on-campus presentations and careers fairs.
Our online employer and vacancy database, SAGE, illustrates the whole range of organisations - from SMEs (small and medium size enterprises), to not-for-profit, to large conglomerates - with whom we have contact.
We recognise that many academic colleagues have strong relationships with employers through research and would welcome referrals to us for support with recruitment activities. We can help.
