WE (Women in Engineering) want students to make the best start possible to your career in engineering. They are holding a Skills Development & Networking Day on 17th April, at their head office near Coventry.
Delivered in collaboration with Semta - the Sector Skills Council for science, engineering and manufacturing technologies - the day has been designed by JLR recent graduates and is about developing the key skills that can give students an edge in the professional world, such as defining their personal brand and enhancing their social style. And it's also about networking - meeting some of the many women who have made, and who continue to make, an impact within Jaguar Land Rover.
All reasonable travel expenses will be refunded - more detail will be provided when students register their details.
To find out about the Engineering Network for Women and to register for the Day, students should visit Jaguar Land Rover on Facebook. (www.facebook.com/TheEngineeringNetworkForWomen) or email their CV to events@jaguarlandrover.com.
