SAGE can help you track down employers and vacancies. Most employers will recruit through an agency.

To search for agencies:

Go to the Employer section on SAGE
Then ‘Advanced Search’
Select: Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Recruitment Agencies)

To search for vacancies:

Go to: ‘I am a graduate looking for a job now’
Select: Vacancy type: ‘Education Teaching and Lecturing’
You may wish to limit your search by location.

Searching for the right TEFL job can be daunting. Undertaking your own thorough research on the agency and the employer, as well as asking the right questions about the job before you sign the contract is vital.
