Civil Service Diversity Internship
The Civil Service Summer Diversity Internship Programme (SDIP) is now open for applications.
It aims to provide high calibre undergraduates / graduates with a 6-9 weeks’ training work placement within government departments.
- The SDIP is aimed at students from an ethnic minority background and those from under-represented socio-economic backgrounds.
- Applicants for the SDIP require a 2.2 (achieved or be predicted to achieve this) in any discipline and must be in their penultimate or final year at university, or have graduated.
- The selection process commences with on-line tests (verbal, numerical and competency questionnaire), followed by an application form (requiring evidence against competencies).
- The final stage is an interview by allocated department.
