Facilities
Staff in the Institute have access to a wide range of cutting edge equipment in dedicated facilities able to provide a high level of technical support for users.
These include high through-put DNA sequencing, protein production and purification, biophysical and kinetic analysis of proteins, in silico screening for drug leads, proteomics, optical and electron microscopy. The School is also part of the Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance that has research facilities available to biologists across Scotland.
