Accommodation for visitors to the University
Each year, the University welcomes a significant number of visitors, including VIPs, guest speakers, visiting academics and temporary staff. These visitors often need accommodation, some for just a day or so and some for a few weeks.
Visitors can stay in the University's own year-round accommodation; the University benefits each time and the service to staff wishing to book is available on a one-stop-shop basis, either via MyEd or by phone.
Even if you’re not actually paying for these visitors to stay, you can recommend University facilities just as easily as you can any other alternatives; and do so safe in the knowledge they will get a flexible choice offering convenience, comfort and great value for money. And, at a personal level, we even offer 15% discount on all our standard external published rates for friends of staff!
