Ratcliffe Terrace
Ratcliffe Terrace offers self-catered accommodation in flats for postgraduates.
The rooms
There are 70 single bedrooms in Ratcliffe Terrace. Flats are typically six person, although there is one 14 person flat available.

Given the variety in room types and sizes across our estate, we are only able to provide example layouts of a ‘typical’ flat or room.

Location
Ratcliffe Terrace is approximately 15 minutes' walk from George Square and 20 minutes' walk from King's Buildings.
Car parking
Parking is extremely limited and normally only for residents with special needs.
Bicycles
Secure storage is available and keys can be purchased on arrival.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in those flats which are allocated to smokers.
Welfare and support
Residence Life
Residence Life staff are available to help you settle in, offer advice on University life in Edinburgh, and arrange social events.
