The King's Buildings campus on the south side of the city is primarily the home of the College of Science and Engineering.
Both The Spot and the Upstairs Café are open to students and staff.
The Spot is located in the King's Buildings Centre, which also has a bookstore and retail shop.
We offer a range of hot tasty snacks such as paninis or toasties with various fillings, baguettes and deli filled rolls which can be made to order.
There is also a selection of confectionery, cake bars and soft drinks and - before 11.30am - try a full Scottish breakfast or hot filled roll to set you up for the day ahead.

Located on the seventh floor of the Michael Swann Building at King's Buildings, the Upstairs Café commands outstanding views of Edinburgh Castle and the surrounding skyline.
We offer an extensive hot food selection and range of snacks.
The hot food menu operates on a weekly cycle that includes a daily meat course and a vegetarian choice, as well as a hot dessert of the day.
In addition, there are baked potatoes, paninis, a salad bar and a range of pastries, together with confectionery, crisps, cold drinks and speciality teas and coffees.
The Upstairs Café has achieved both the Healthy Living and Food for the Brain awards.
