The University has made available up to 90 bursaries for first year undergraduate UK students who are living in University accommodation during the 2011-2012 academic session.
Each bursary, which has a value of £1,000, is paid directly to Accommodation Services towards the costs of your accommodation, and is tenable for one academic session.
Application, and any subsequent offer and contract, for University accommodation must be made without regard for any such bursary.
If you are successful in being awarded a bursary, adjustments to your payment plans and / or refunds are made once you arrive at the University.
The University of Edinburgh's Scholarships and Student Finance Office provides further information on bursaries and how to apply for them.
