Enabling a reflective quality culture to be supported and developed through a framework of staff and student support structures, and by the promotion of approaches to learning and teaching which are aligned with a shared vision of student-centred learning.

Examples of how this Indicator of Enhancement is embedded in the University’s reflection, procedures and activities:
- college and school quality reports are designed to be reflective
- monitoring and review are enhancement-focused, with the aim of improving the student experience
- monitoring and review take place as close as possible to delivery, within a collegiate and supportive environment

- themed workshops build on good practice
