The Senate Quality Assurance Committee is responsible on behalf of Senate for the University’s academic quality assurance framework.
This committee does not directly conduct quality assurance of courses or programmes.
Instead, its responsibilities are to:
The Senate Quality Assurance Committee reports annually to the Scottish Funding Council on the outcomes of internal subject reviews and external accreditation reviews.
