PPLS Student Competition Winners

Winners of the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Science's 'A Day in the Life of a PPLS Student' Instagram competition.

The winners of the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Science's 'A Day in the Life of a PPLS Student' Instagram competition have been decided!

To take part in the competition, entrants were asked to share an image that sums up their student life, using the #myedinburghjourney hashtag.

A large number of inventive, inspiring and entertaining submissions were received and though it was a difficult task to select the winning entries, four students were chosen as the deserving recipients of the £50 Edinburgh meal vouchers.

The winner of the Documentary category is Connor O'Sullivan (@carhur), 1st year Philosophy, while Maria Martinez (@maria.mtz), 3rd year Psychology won the Celebration category. Phoebe Neville (@pnev7), 4th year Psychology took the Most Entertaining prize, and the winner of the Creative category was Eliza Lawrence (@kinglizy), 1st year Philosophy/English Literature.

The four winning entries, plus five highly commended entries, will also be featured in the School's future marketing materials, including the new Student Handbook.
