New University Strategic Plan
The University has launched its new Strategic Plan 2012-16.
The Plan is available online and in print.
Goals and priorities
The new plan outlines the University’s strategic ambitions for the years ahead and maps out the goals, themes and enablers that represent what is needed to realise the University’s vision.
Among the University’s priorities for delivery over the next four years are goals to increase its global impact and to enhance equality and widen participation.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Plan’s development. The level of engagement and enthusiasm that individuals and groups brought to the consultation process was instrumental in refining and articulating our strategic direction.
