USS pension events
A series of events, held throughout March, will give staff the opportunity to find out how to make the most from their Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) pensions.
Lawrence Hodes from Prudential, the USS-appointed Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) partner, will host each 60-minute session.
Content
Topics covered at the events will include:
- the benefits and income you could get from the scheme
- what income you think you’ll need when you stop working
- if you are facing a retirement income gap and what can be done to fill it.
Schedule
There will be seven events, spread over three University sites.
There are separate events for staff members who will work for more than five years until retirement and those who will work for less than five years till retirement.
Booking for all events can be done through MyEd.
