2012-2013 Pay negotiations
The Universities and Colleges Association (UCEA) and the trade unions for higher education concluded their pay negotiation meetings on 22 May 2012 with a final employers’ offer of a one per cent increase to all spine points of the 51-point pay scale (UE01 to UE10 Pay scale).
This offer is in addition to a number of joint working proposals including further work on equality issues.
The trade unions are considering the pay offer and are expected to ballot their members in the near future.
