A funding opportunities database in use at the University has re-launched to make it easier for researchers to search for potential funding sources.
The Research Professional tool, one of the largest databases of its kind in the UK, has been improved to offer a more user-friendly experience.
Research Professional can be used to search for research funding in any discipline.
It currently contains more than 7,000 open calls.
Users who use the database from a University computer or one connected to the network can use the website without setting up an account. But by registering, you can access a wider set of services.
The University also subscribes to Research Professional’s sister publications, Research Fortnight, Research Europe, and Research USA, which offer research news.
They are available for free to all University staff and students.
Staff who need help using Research Professional or setting up an account, should contact Markus Hell or Sarah Anderson.
