Centre for Medical Education

The Centre for Medical Education develops the MBChB through curriculum and staff development. It also delivers postgraduate taught and research programmes in clinical education and undertakes research and consultancy work.

Additional Cost of Teaching Office

The Additional Cost of Teaching (ACT) Office works closely with NHS Lothian to ensure that funding for teaching is allocated to all providers and the necessary service level agreements are in place.
