Details on how to register for the conference
Registering for TIES 2016
*Registration for TIES 2016 is now closed*
Delegates who have already registered can still make payment via the ePay site until the 7th July - please follow this link to the epay site.
The administration for TIES 2016 is being managed by the International Centre for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS) If you have any questions regarding your participation you should contact ICMS in the first instance.
Conference fees
TIES member: £360.00
Non-member of TIES: £400.00
Please note this fee includes the membership subscription for TIES 2016
Student delegate (TIES member) £300.00
Your registration will not be considered complete and your place at the conference cannot be guaranteed until you have paid the relevant fees.

Short Courses
The short courses will take place at Heriot-Watt University on Sunday 17 July. Full details on these courses can be found here. Places are limited. Each course costs £100.00 Please pay for the short course via epay
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday 21 July in the elegant surroundings of The Playfair Library, Old College, University of Edinburgh. The Playfair Library is one of the finest rooms in Edinburgh. The fee is for a 3-course dinner with wine is £40.00. There will also be a cash bar.
Accommodation
A limited number of rooms are available on the campus at Heriot-Watt University, which can be reserved and paid for at the same time as the conference fee. These rooms are ensuite and are a short walk to the Conference Centre. These rooms are for single occupancy only. The rooms are available from Sunday 17 – Thursday 21 inclusive for a fee of £250. Breakfast is included in this price. There are a small number of rooms available for the night of Saturday 16 and Friday 22 July. If you require rooms on those nights you should contact Audrey McCrorie at ICMS as soon as possible audrey.mccrorie @ icms.org.uk

To pay the fee(s) you must visit the University of Edinburgh Epay site. This is a secure site and you are required to register to use the site. This only takes a few minutes to do.
UK Visas
If you are travelling from outside the UK you may require an entry visa. A European visa does not guarantee entry to the UK. Please use this link to the UK Visas site to find out if you need a visa and if so how to apply for one. If you require a letter in support of your visa application, ICMS can provide this once you have registered and paid. Please contact audrey.mccrorie@icms.org.uk
