Pop-up IT Support Desk pilot scheme

A new Pop-up IT Support Desk, situated on the ground floor concourse of the Main Library, will run from 12pm to 6pm (Mon-Fri) with late opening until 7.30pm on Wednesdays throughout the summer, replacing the regular Mobile Device Clinics during this period.

This pilot scheme will provide all the same services as the Device Clinics, but will be a drop-in service rather than requiring a booking.

Depending on the reception of this pilot, the University may introduce it on a permanent basis in the next academic year.
