I'm 2nd line, and an incident stays in my selection although I have set "Resolved by 2nd line"

Two possibilities, you have yet to refresh the selection (green circular arrow icon), or you have the filter set to display completed (and possibly closed) incidents. Second line operators usually don't need to worry about an incident after it is completed, so may set their filter "Processing status" to "Not completed".
