Service availability

Standard support hours are 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Service entitlement

The Application Support service is available to all University staff and research students and offers support for a wide range of computing applications including those produced by:

• IS Applications Division.
• Other IS divisions.
• Other University departments.
• External suppliers.
