After signing up to UniDesk earlier this year, Edinburgh Napier University have now successfully gone live.
Students and staff, at Edinburgh Napier University, now have an efficient, up-to-date tool for logging and managing their IT enquiries.
The University of Edinburgh was one of three universities to originally develop the UniDesk product in 2010: a service management tool used to manage call volumes to front line IT Service Desks. The particular advantage of UniDesk is that it is tailor-made for the higher education sector. Available 24/7, the five UniDesk modules are tailored to further and higher education process flows, allowing consistent service availability of above 99.9%.
