Informatics students win CodeVita competition

Two Informatics students have won this year's CodeVita coding competition. CodeVita is one of the largest coding competitions in the world, with over 49,000 teams competing, but it was two of our very own students who came out on top at the final held in Mumbai.

Marijonas Petrauskas and Karolis Greblikas won the Mumbai final against nine teams from India, two from Peru, another from the UK plus one each from the US and Canada. They collected a cheque for $10,000 and will also receive a paid internship opportunity with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Marijonas is in his 4th year of our Computing Science and Electronics (BEng Hons) degree and Karolis is a 2nd year Computer Science (BSc Hons) programme student. Congratulations to you both!
